You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused.
  • Original Packaging and Tags: The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Shipping:
    • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
    • We need 5 days to review and approve the return.
    • Please send returns to the provided address.
    • Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. International Returns: If you are outside the United States, please be aware that return shipping times may vary.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away at sales@flyingdreamsint.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. The same condition of the item applies as stated above.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed 1 to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
  • Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company.
  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at sales@flyingdreamsint.com.

Sample unboxing video

The unboxing video should show the product in its transport packaging and in good condition. The customer should open the packaging carefully and show the product inside. If the product has any damage, the customer should clearly show it in the video.

Tips for making an unpacking video

Use a high-definition camera to make the video clear and sharp.
Shoot the video in a well-lit location.
Keep the camera steady so the video does not shake.
Speak clearly in the video so that your explanation is understood.
