1. 📦 Delivery Times

We ship all orders through trusted international logistics partners such as YunExpress and UPS.

Estimated delivery time for major cities: 7–12 business days
Non-major cities: Approx. 9–20 business days
These times begin after payment is confirmed and the package is prepared for international shipment (typically takes 2–3 business days).

Shipment preparation includes:

Documentation and customs paperwork
Final product quality check and aircraft preparation
Dispatch to an international distribution center

Once your order reaches the distribution center, we will send your international tracking number (waybill). This entire process can take an additional 2–4 business days, but it ensures your model arrives in perfect condition.

2. ⚠️ Unexpected Delays

In rare cases, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Customs inspections
Carrier logistics issues

If this happens, we’ll promptly contact you with updates and a revised estimated delivery date.
